HOLY CRAP SPIT BATMAN! I FOUND THE ULTIMATE FLASH CONVERSION PROGRAM!
It took me a long time but I found one that captures all the nuances of an ACTUAL FLASH FILE!
What that means is no more screwed up dialog or video or music when changing my toons to video files. If anything is screwed up it's because I screwed it up. I can upload these to any site now and they look the same as on my website. Keen!
